In rare cases, when special needs require, a design charge will be negotiated in advance. In simple terms, if producing your ad is going to be a major hassle, we'll work something out. * These rates are guaranteed through March 31, 2006. Contracts made before this date will be honored in their entirety. New rates after that date will be calculated based on site traffic analysis.
